For this Bangladesh and Pakistan were selected. The goals of the Bangladesh ONA were: • To determine the value of a country-level analysis • To answer the questions: – What is the current level of connectedness within and across the project directors, program managers, and staff within each of the countries? – Who are the key connectors and innovators in the network? – Is there hidden potential for spreading knowledge and innovations across the projects in a given country? Subsequent to the completion of the ONA survey, data collection, analysis and the results were presented to the IFAD Bangladesh project directors and selected staff in a NetWorkShop in Dhaka on March 13, 2010.
