While sending an email:-
Always put a clear and appropriate subject line on new messages. Do not change the subject line if you are responding so that members can easily understand the thread of the conversation.
Turn off CAPS LOCK. Most people know this as shouting on e-mail!
Messages do not need to be lengthy. Try to keep it short and sweet!
When replying to messages, it will always help members keep track, if you quote relevant sections of the message that you are responding to.
Send personal messages to individuals rather than the whole group.
