Systematization
Systemization is a methodology which facilitates the ongoing description, analysis and documentation of the processes and results of a development project in a participatory way. This process leads to the generation of new knowledge, which is then fed back and used to make decisions and improve performance. Training-cum-orientation workshop on 'Systematisation Technique for Capturing Project Experiences in IFAD China Country Program'
A training-cum-orientation workshop on the systematisation method was organised for knowledge facilitators from all the ongoing projects in China fom 21 to 26 August 2009 in Wuzhong City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, China. The main focus of the workshop was: 1) an exposure to and hands-on practice of the systemization method – the process and the use of some tools; 2) training on information organization and writing skills.
