- The section contains the IFAD policy on grant financing which was approved by the IFAD Executive Board in 2003. It gives a broad overview on IFAD grant programme, its objectives and modalities for grant allocation. Also contained herein is the Guidelines and Procedures for the implementation of IFAD's grants programme.

- The projects supported by IFAD are listed here. These include SCOPE (Strengthening Capacities of Organizations of the Poor: Experiences in Asia) with the goal of enabling the rural poor to form strong and sustainable coalitions and federations and RUPES Program coordinated by the World Agroforestry Centre Southeast Asia Program (ICRAF-SEA), which aims to work with both potential users and producers of environmental services to find conditions for positive incentives that are voluntary, realistic and conditional, while reducing important dimensions of poverty in upland areas. This section also provides link to the list of ongoing grants in the Asia and the Pacific division.

- Here you can find the completion reports of recently closed grants projects funded by the Asia and the Pacific Division of IFAD. The completion reports contain information on the implementation of the grants, the lessons learned and impact. Some of the recently received completion reports are: ENRAP II Regional Grant (IDRC 582) SCOPE Regional Grant (CIRDAP/ANGOC 665) RUPES I Regional Grant (ICRAF 534) Programme for Developing Mechanisms to Reward the Upland Poor of Asia for Environment Services they provide (RUPES)
