Assessment of the Knowledge Network of IFAD Projects & Partners in the Philippines
The main objective of this assessment is “to find out how the Philippines country programme management team can ensure the sustainability of a well-functioning knowledge network in the Philippines in the post-ENRAP scenario”. This assessment study is also expected to draw out lessons and possible recommendations for other countries in Asia in developing National Knowledge-Sharing networks for poverty reduction.
